All services provided by Pray Gather, including:
• Prayer request registration and management• Chain prayer (praying together)• Prayer support function• Encouragement message function• Prayer statistics and notification services
Members and non-members who use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
A person who has registered for membership with the Service and uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Prayer request content registered by members on the Service.
A function to offer intercessory prayers for other members' prayer requests.
A record of prayers for other members' prayer requests.
• These Terms are effective for all users who wish to use the Service.• The Service may change these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws if necessary.• When the Terms are changed, the Service will announce the changes 7 days before the effective date.
• Registration is available through email or social login (Google, Kakao).• Members may request withdrawal at any time through the settings menu.• Upon withdrawal, all data including prayer requests and encouragement messages registered by the member will be immediately deleted.
The Service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year as a general rule. The Service provides the following functions:
• Prayer request registration, modification, deletion• Public/private prayer request settings• Prayer category and duration settings• Chain prayer (intercessory prayer for other members' requests)• Prayer timer function• Writing and viewing encouragement messages• Viewing prayer statistics• Push/email notification services
The Service may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, communication failures, etc.
Prayer requests set to public are visible to other members, who can participate in chain prayer.
Prayer requests and encouragement messages must align with Christian values. The following content is prohibited:
• Content that defames or damages the reputation of others• Obscene or violent content• Political propaganda or advertising content• Content containing personal information• Other content inappropriate for service operation
Inappropriate content may be reported and deleted after administrator review.
Users must not engage in the following activities when using the Service:
• Stealing others' information• Registering false content• Acts that damage others' reputation or cause disadvantage• Acts that interfere with stable service operation• Posting spam or advertising content• Using the service through automated means
Users must comply with relevant laws, these Terms, usage guidelines, and notices related to the Service.
The Service may restrict a member's use of the Service in the following cases:
• When these Terms are violated• When reports from other members have been verified• When serious disruption to service operation has occurred
When restricting use, the Service will notify the member of the reason.
• The Service is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures.• The Service is not responsible for the content of prayer requests and encouragement messages registered by members.• The Service does not intervene in disputes between members or between members and third parties and is not responsible for them.
The Service strives to protect users' personal information in accordance with relevant laws. The relevant laws and the Service's Privacy Policy apply to the protection and use of personal information.
• Korean law applies to the interpretation of these Terms and disputes between the Service and members.• Lawsuits regarding disputes between the Service and members shall be filed with the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
